Whilst all students can access their course anywhere via PC, laptop, Mobile etc we will also be offering the opportunity to use our dedicated youth study room one day per week. Day/time to be confirmed.

For 11 to 13 year olds, we may require students to reside within the Weetslade Ward. We are based within the John Willie Sams Centre, Market St, Cramlington NE23 7HS

• Phase One: 06 October to 30 November 2025
• Phase Two: 05 January to 28 February 2026

How it works

• During Phase One, each participant will be allocated one FREE course
• 11-13s will be alloctated Safeguarding Essentials
• 14-16s will be allocated Basic Health & Safety
• In Phase Two, successful students will be allocated an additional course
• 11-13s can chose from Mental Health or Drug & Alcohol
• 14-16s can chose from Food Hygiene L2 or First Aid
• Young people aged 11-15 must have their registration authorized by an adult
• 11 to 13yr olds must reside within the Weetslade Ward
• All courses can be accessed via PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile
• Progress can be saved to return to later

How to get started

• Attend one of the information open sessions and complete our student registration form
• Or complete the online registration form
• We require a valid mobile and email address for course contact link
• After registration, you will be emailed a link for your training dashboard
• Your username and password will be emailed separately
• Your dashboard will show the courses available to you
• On completion certificates shall be posted to your home address

All our online certified courses are set up through HIGH SPEED TRAINING. Courses are CPD certified, and are endorsed through ROSPA, iiRSM approved training and IATP.
