Youth Project Worker
Our new INSPIRING FUTURES project will be a programme of events, activities, and workshops to help girls and young women aged 11-19 understand and explore career opportunities, life skills, physical, social, and mental wellbeing.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated youth and community worker, with an interest in empowering young people and fostering positive change in the community
JOB DESCRIPTION
Working closely with Quadrant Leisure, you will help implement programmes that address the diverse needs of youth promoting community engagement and facilitating partnerships to enhance overall community wellbeing. With our support you will help design implement and evaluate age-appropriate programmes and activities to meet the developmental needs of the youth, provide guidance and support to youth participants fostering personal growth leadership, skills and a sense of community.
You will collate a range of data, information and imagery that creates evidence of your work and the impact it is making not only to young people but also to the wider community. There is scope for you to be creative in this role and make a significant difference to the young people you work with. This is a very exciting and varied role and as such, a flexible approach to work including willingness to take on tasks outside of the normal remit and to work irregular hours, is essential in this role.

This is a funded part-time role until March 2025 and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS, the Right to Work in the UK and satisfactory References and probation period
