    Inspire Open Day

    Our girls #inspire project are now planning the official ‘Open Day Event’ to launch their new ‘Inspire Youth Room’

    Venue: John Willie Sams Centre, Market St Dudley NE23 7HS.

    Date: Tuesday 15 October

    Time: 4.00-6.00pm

    Feel free to pop along, have a look around and say hello, we have refreshments and snacks available from our very own Pretendy Chef team.

    Kids Christmas Disco

    Suitable for 2 to 10 year olds, our exciting kids Christmas disco will include music, games, dancing, prizes, snacks and a special visitor!

    TUESDAY 03 DECEMBER, 4.30-6.30pm

    Tickets are £5.00per child (aged 2 to 10 only)

    This is a ticket only event

    Our disco is provided by The Music Geordie, the kids snacks are supplied by The Pretendy Chef and Santa will visit via the North Pole!

    The disco will have flashing lights, music, dancing, games and prizes.

    The kids snacks will be available for collection from 5pm. Each child must have a valid ticket and this shall provide entry to the disco, food collection and their Santa Visit.

    Only suitable for children aged 2 to 10yrs old. An adult must remain on site with the child at all times.

    The venue has ample car parking, all facilities on ground floor with easy access.

    How to book

    Capacity is restricted to 50 tickets and are only available in advance.

    Up to 30 tickets are available online, please read cancellation/refund details below before purchasing!

    20 tickets will be held back for in-person paper bookings, (plus any remaining from online sales). However these will only be available from Friday 01 November, again first come first served.

    We will not be operating a waiting list.

    Each child who has booked shall be allocated a voucher to collect their food box and to visit Santa.

    FAQ’s

    Can younger siblings attend?

    Only 2 to 10 year olds may purchase a ticket, this ticket will allow your child to collect their food and visit Santa. Younger siblings (under 2) who attend would not be entitled to food or a visit to Santa.

    Cancellation/Refunds

    To cancel your booking please do so in writing via email (bookings@quadrantleisure.org) We will only issue a refund where you notify us in writing via email within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and on the condition this is received at least 21 days prior to the event start date. After the 14 day period from purchase no refunds shall be offered, you may however transfer the ticket to another person. Please note, we must be notified of any transfer via email.

    Food allergies/Intolerance

    To allow us to cater for any child with a food allergy or intolerance, you MUST notify us via email at least five (5) days prior to the party, ie no later than Thursday 28 November. Please contact us via bookings@quadrantleisure.org

    Santa Visit

    Due to restricted capacity and the time available, we will only allow children with a valid ticket to visit Santa. Santa’s grotto will be open for visits from 4.45pm up to 6pm, so there is no need to all queue at the very start!
