Bookings shall only be accepted by Youth Groups or Youth Organsiations. The Youth Room is within a local authority building with public access, as such council staff have overriding authority to deal with any issues or concerns around participants behaviour.

Bookings are made on the condition that you accept full liability for any loss/damage to assets within the youth room.

Bookings are made on the understanding all participants shall be supervised accordingly.

Youth Groups & Organisations must hold a valid public liability Insurance policy and, where applicable DBS certification for staff.
