How do i book?
Visit our booking platform here, you will need a valid email address and contact number to create a free booking account. Once you select the event and tickets you must make the full payment to complete your booking. You will be sent an email confirmation within 4 hours of booking.
I booked but have no confirmation
This is usually due to an incorrect email address added when you first booked / signed up. Visit ourt booking platform and try logging in, or simply drop us an email to email@example.com
Can i manage my bookings?
Yes, the customer portal allows you to access and manage your bookings in one place. You can also:
- View upcoming, cancelled and past bookings
- Manage joined waiting list and memberships and
- Update email and password.
I don’t want to pay online
Unfortunately all our activities require attendees to book and pay online before attending, this alows us to keep our costs down and control access /capacity
