We offer Nursery Chef (2-5s) and Mini Chef (7-12s) classes aimed to make food fun for young people.
Nursery Chef
Children aged 2 to 5 years old, with a little help from an adult, will get stuck in making a sweet or savoury dish, we provide everything, including aprons, so all you need to do it turn up and have some fun with your little one. As well as having a lot of hands on fun our classes also develop their social, pre-writing, speech, numeracy and listening skills. These sessions run on the first and third Monday of the month 1.15-2.15pm
Mini Chef
Children aged 7 to 12 years old will join us for 90minutes of creative fun as they learn how to weigh, measure and prepare ingredients before using the techniques to make and bake a variety of sweet and savoury foods. Children will be working independently for some activities and also in pairs / groups. We offer a Tuesday club (4.30-6.00pm) exclusively for children only and also our Saturday chef club is aimed at anyone aged 7 or over.

Costs
Nursery Chef tickets are £3.00per child, Mini Chef tickets are £5.00per child, adults attending our Saturday Chef club arev £6.50pp. We also offer discounted Nursery and Mini Chef passes.

Can I attend a trial class before signing up?
Yes, subject to availability, please visit our booking page to check our availability. Only one trial per child.
Do you cater for allergies/dietary needs?
Yes, we cater for most allergies, please contact us before booking to check that we can cater for your specific allergy.
Are adults required to stay for the class?
Yes in our Nursery classes for 2-5s, however children can attend on their own for the Mini Chef classes.
Can younger siblings attend?
Only in our Nursery Chef classes, we are unable to accept any child under 7 in our other classes.
Do you cater for SEND?
Yes, we have worked specifically with young people who have additional needs, autism and mild to moderate disabilities. Some sessions will be mixed abilities, others may be SEND specific. Our venue is all on ground level with disabled parking and toilets.
Do you class leaders hold a DBS?
Yes, all class leaders hold an enhanced DBS certificate confirming they can work with children.
