All complaints will be dealt with in strict confidence and in a timely manner

1 Please report concerns verbally to a member of staff as soon as possible, if you feel unable to do so, or do not get satisfaction, please email us via admin @ quadrantleisure.org

2 We will acknowledge your communication within 48hrs

3 Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days on any incident.

4 You must include full contact details, these however will not be made public or shared with third parties without consent.

5 We will endeavor to respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt

6 We are a not-for-profit community interest company and all complaints will be dealt with by two or more independent members of the committee.

7 Please be aware that we have a lawful obligation where any complaint raises concern involving any criminal, sexual or safeguarding concerns, that we inform the relevant authorities in all cases.
